get to know Gina

Growing up I always knew I would run my own business. I was a very creative child who was interested in the arts and frequently played with crafts and art supplies. After joining the theatre program in school, I somehow found myself discovering my artistry skills by applying stage makeup to students for the school plays. I felt such a connection that I became obsessed. I then educated myself with everything makeup related including: theatrical, special effects and bridal applications. I completed college with an Associate’s in Meeting in Event Planning, Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management and Master’s in Project Management. After my undergrad I attended Makeup Artistry School where I learned sanitary practices, skincare, color theory, application tools and techniques. I then launched my business, "Makeup By Gi", in 2021. I couldn't be happier to be living my childhood dream.
